
Yoga this Sunday at 11a.
Partner WOD for total time:
3 Sets :
1-5 alternating burpee ladders (partner 1 does 1 rep, partner 2 does 1 rep, partner 1 does 2 reps, partner 2 does 2 reps etc…)
+
wall ball toss back and forth – 100 reps total
+
1 mile run – each athlete does 800 m – in 400 m intervals
(i.e. partner 1 1st 400, partner 2 2nd 400, partner 1 3rd 400, partner 2 last 400)
