Saturday – “The Deuce.” No class will be offered. Come out to support all competitors as they attempt to post their Olympic total.
Sunday – “The Deuce.” No open gym. Come out to support all competitors in the CrossFit portion of the competition.

7 Wallball Shots 20/14lb

CFRise Endurance Strength & Conditioning:

4 x Suicides 2 min rest between sets

Start at cone 1:
sprint to 2 and back to 1, 5 burpees
sprint to 3 and back to 1, 10 squats
sprint to 4 and back to 1, 20 stick jumps
sprint to 4 and back to 1, 20 stick jumps
sprint to 3 and back to 1, 10 squats
sprint to 2 and back to 1, 5 burpees
