7 minutes to complete heaviest 3 rep Overhead Squat ladder
Choose a starting weight from the following weights:
W – 85, 125, 155, 175lb
M – 135, 185, 225, 255lb
*Men increase in 10lb increments and Women increase in 5lb increments.
*weight must come from the floor.
**Scale the starting weight if necessary.
